Terms of Service

By accessing or using StarVeil AI (referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by the StarVeil AI team.

StarVeil AI is an AI-assisted webtoon and comic creation service. It helps users generate visual assets, storyboard structures, dialogue bubble layers, and exportable long-strip comic reading experiences. The Service is provided as a web application accessible at starveilai.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring the security of your email access, and for all activities that occur under your account. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, enforce these terms, or respond to abuse. You must be at least 13 years old to register an account.

The Service uses a combined membership subscription and credit pack billing model. Membership subscriptions include credits per billing cycle, faster processing, and plan-based resolution access. There is no daily generation count limit, although generation remains subject to available credits and reasonable-use safeguards. Credit packs are one-time purchases denominated in USD and do not auto-renew.

Current credit packs and pricing:

• Free (sign-up bonus): 50 credits
• Mini: $6, 2,000 credits
• Plus: $20, 3,500 credits
• Max: $30, 5,250 credits
• Mega: $50, 8,750 credits
• Ultra: $100, 17,500 credits

Usage limits, pricing, and credit policies may be adjusted over time. Price changes will be communicated in advance. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable law and payment processor (Stripe) rules.

The Service uses a credit system to meter usage. Different operations consume different amounts of credits; the current consumption rates for each operation are published on the Pricing page.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Unused credits remain in your account. We reserve the right to adjust credit consumption rates based on service costs, with advance notice.

You retain ownership of your original materials and project content (provided they do not infringe on third-party rights). You grant us a limited license solely to host, process, transform, and display that content in order to operate, protect, and improve the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated through the Service may be used for personal and commercial purposes. All plans (including the free tier) include commercial usage rights. However, please note:

• Copyright protection for AI-generated content is still evolving across jurisdictions; we recommend monitoring local regulations
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs to ensure they do not infringe on third-party intellectual property
• We make no guarantees regarding the originality or copyrightability of AI-generated content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is:

• Illegal, infringing, exploitative, or hateful
• Sexually abusive or involving minors
• Dangerously deceptive or intended to harass others
• Using another person's likeness, brand, or intellectual property without authorization

You may not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass the Service's protective controls. Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or commercial use, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights (including rights to source materials, characters, brands, likenesses, or derivative uses). We assume no liability for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

We may investigate reports of infringement, abuse, or unlawful use and, where necessary, remove content, reduce access, freeze credits, or suspend accounts to protect users, rights holders, or the Service. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@xinghedream.com.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. For paid users, reasonable notice and a data export window will be provided prior to service termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-service notification or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
