How to request support
Tell us what you were trying to do, which StarVeil workflow you used, what you expected, and what happened instead. For a generation problem, include the work or job identifier shown in the application and the approximate time of the event. For billing, provide the account email and Stripe receipt or payment identifier through a private support conversation. Never post access tokens, API keys, passwords, full payment-card details, private R2 URLs, or unpublished story material in a public channel.

- Billing receipt or credit-ledger question
- Work ID, episode ID, or generation job ID
- Browser, device, and approximate time
- MCP client name and the failing tool or OAuth step
Privacy and security
StarVeil support will not ask for your password, full payment-card number, OAuth bearer token, internal API key, or private storage credentials. Privacy and deletion requests should identify the account and the requested action, but should not include credentials. Product and generation reports may be investigated using server-side job metadata associated with the authorized account.
